Lifelong learning
Lifelong learning courses run at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem comprise a major part of the University´s educational activities. Within the framework of lifelong learning, types of education such as – in particular – supplementary, specialist, retraining, and broadening studies, the University of the Third Age, and preparatory courses are offered. Lifelong learning programmes are either on-site or combined courses.
Lifelong learning is governed by Section 60 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Higher Education Act, and by UJEP Lifelong learning Code.
