Stu­dents real­ized their study stays on the basis of a pre-con­cluded study agree­ment. Obtain­ing at least 20 ECTS cred­its per semester (cred­its which were recog­nized by the stu­dents’ home uni­ver­sit­ies) was required for a suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of study stays. Con­cern­ing teach­ing stays of aca­dem­ic staff, the real­iz­a­tion of at least 8 teach­ing hours per week (in the field in which the aca­dem­ics spe­cial­ize at their home uni­ver­sit­ies) was required. The train­ing of employ­ees was aimed at gain­ing new know­ledge and exper­i­ence in the area of ped­agogy and inform­a­tion tech­no­lo­gies. All the real­ized mobil­it­ies have been bene­fi­cial for all the indi­vidu­al par­ti­cipants, all par­ti­cip­at­ing uni­ver­sit­ies and the loc­al envir­on­ment as well. Dur­ing their study vis­its, the stu­dents gained addi­tion­al pro­fes­sion­al know­ledge in their study fields. This know­ledge and exper­i­ence gained in a com­pletely dif­fer­ent envir­on­ment also lead to their per­son­al­ity growth and enhance their employ­ab­il­ity in the labour mar­ket. For­eign study stays also improved lan­guage skills and con­trib­uted to get­ting to know oth­er cul­tures. Teach­ing and train­ing stays of aca­dem­ic staff led to gain new know­ledge that can be used at home uni­ver­sit­ies, to expand con­tact data­bases and to intensi­fy cooper­a­tion in the form of nego­ti­at­ing fur­ther pro­ject activ­it­ies. Mon­it­or­ing of stu­dents was an addi­tion­al activ­ity of some teach­ing and train­ing stays. The added value of some staff mobil­it­ies was the nego­ti­ation of cooper­a­tion in the field of sci­ence and research and organ­iz­a­tion of joint sci­entif­ic con­fer­ences. All the mobil­ity flows have con­trib­uted to cre­at­ing a mul­ti­cul­tur­al envir­on­ment at all par­ti­cip­at­ing uni­ver­sit­ies, build­ing their repu­ta­tion and help­ing to gain wider aware­ness of the coun­tries and cit­ies involved.
