Planned mobilities:

a) Lebanon→ Czechia

• 2 students – 5 months per a student
• 6 teachers – 7 days including travel per a teacher

b) Czechia → Lebanon

• 1 student – 5 months
• 3 teachers – once 7 days including travel and twice 30 days including travel

Realized mobilities

a) Lebanon → Czechia

• 3 study stays
• 7 teaching stays

b) Czechia → Lebanon

• 2 teaching stays

All realized mobilities were beneficial for individual participants, participating universities, and the local environment. Lebanese students gained additional professional knowledge in their field, learned about a different education system and new teaching methods, and improved their language skills. Working in a completely different environment also contributed to their personal growth and increased their value and competitiveness in the labor market. Academic staff expanded their professional contacts, gained new knowledge in their field, and tried out interaction with students and workers in other professional and cultural contexts. Mobility also contributed to improving their qualifications. The studies of foreign students and lectures by foreign academics contributed to the creation of a multicultural environment at UJEP, motivated other students to go abroad and get involved in the activities of the Erasmus Student Network Ústí nad Labem. Mobility contributed significantly to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives in the area of internationalization of both participating universities. Both participating universities expressed interest in further cooperation.
